Southeast Texas Engineering & Inspections, LLC can provide your project with most economical and feasible engineering for your project, whether it’s a 10,000 sq. ft. commercial structure or a 100 sq. ft. garage.

SETE takes every step to make sure your new investment is up to current codes and is safe for the public. SETE begins the engineering of each project working from the top of the structure down, in loadings using ASCE7-05 unless a newer addition is required by the cities, since the Texas Department of Insurance is still on the 2006 addition of the International Building Code and the International Residential Code. Once the loads are know, the proper materials will be sized for those contributing Construction Manual, the National Design Specification for Wood Construction, and Manual for Engineered Wood Construction, APA, and the Special Provisions of the Wind and Seismic. All steel product members and connections are designed according to the 13th addition of the Steel Construction Manual.
